By far the best Banh mi in NE Minneapolis. Great prices and large portions and the friendliest staff. The building is a little worn down and the lighting a bit dim, but don't let that deter you. Our entire family loves this place, especially my 9 year old daughter.

The food is consistently good. I always come here for their Pho Dac Biet and egg rolls but they also have other great dishes. Also enjoy their banh mi’s! Pricing is really fair as well compared to other pho places around. Definitely one my go to spots for Pho! Friendly and quick service!

My family has known about this place for yearz. Decided to go during my lunch break & you won’t find pho that provides you a big serving for the price/quality especially during these inflation times. I highly recommend! Plus they have free parking.

Pho 400 is hands down a top favorite place for me and my husband to go. Went once last year and have been back at least three times within a two week span! 10/10 recommend to everyone. Staff are amazing and very welcoming. Food is always the best and we will forever be regular customers.

Bomb place. I found it randomly, and I'm happy. We love the friend rice, shrimp is huge, and the sweet and sour chicken is made with good chicken. Not the chicken that's dark and slimy. Every bite is crunchy and cooked to perfection. They also have amazing pho and friend chicken wings (spicy oyster).

Pho 400 is the BEST. Huge portions, always lasts us two days. The pho is delicious. AND THE EGG ROLLS. They are OUTSTANDING. The best egg rolls I have ever eaten, possibly one of the best THINGS I have ever eaten. Cannot say enough good things about Pho 400

This place is truly a "diamond in the rough" because, as others have said, the atmosphere is not really anything to write home about -- but the FOOD IS AMAZE-BALLS. Hubby ate an entire bowl of brisket and flank pho, plus half a delicious pork Bahn mi sandwich. I ordered a beef ball and rare lean flank steak pho; absolutely superb. The staff was efficient and kind, portion sizes were way more generous than I expected (HOLY CRAP I couldn't eat more than a quarter of the bowl - bariatric surgery, blargh), and I kept wondering if I could find a perfume that smelled as good as the inside of Pho 400. Will go again, already planning to take the whole family.
